Called Next Door Garage Door Repair when my rollup garage door broke. They were out within a half hour, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour of arriving. They offer me a couple options including repairing it but keeping my existing springs, or replacing the springs. While I opted to replace the springs, I never felt pressured to spend extra for that.
